Based on the report produced at the end of the audit we are able to address quick wins and help plan strategic steps towards achieving next level of online client’s satisfaction. Usual audit last from couple of days to maximum two weeks and it is depended on complexity of the environment under test.
Workshops are the next step in the process of building an awareness around the IT ecosystem which by definition should help increase commercial satisfaction. Workshops are provided by our business analysts and information systems architects. We address challenges around Ideal Digital Strategy and currently available and implemented digital platforms at client’s organization. Our goal is to address the digital needs of each department, their reasons for cooperation and ability to deliver. We help shape Working Digital Strategy and address the right IT ecosystem allowing the fulfillment of its purpose. Workshops last from one to couple of days and most of the time they are a next step after the Audit. This step is good to help chose the IT tools and Digital Platforms.

This is most often part of the discussion during Audits and Workshops provided by Kogifi Digital. During Technical Implementation, Kogifi Digital designs interfaces and takes care of the visual side. UX / UI designers, graphic designers and business analysts, together with marketers, play the role of using the system and ensure its future user satisfaction. In the meantime, the team of developers takes care of the integration of IT systems and combining the visual part with the previously programmed logic. The team works in an agile programming methodology, enabling clients to influence the original requirements and address new ideas/changes. After successful test and client’s acceptance, the implemented platform is launched and commissioned.

Kogifi Digital cares about the availability and security of implemented IT systems. A team of specialists working on the first and second lines (tiers) of support is available 24/7. The maintenance department is run according to the market standard and norms dictated by the ITIL and ISO 20000 process. The department consists of specialists who constantly monitor clients' systems in terms of efficiency, availability and security. Each failure report is registered in the system and resolved in accordance with the selected SLA level (Service Level Agreement). Our team provides support in Polish, English and German.
We have launched Professional Services department to help our clients build dedicated teams or use extra capacity from pool of our resources. The idea is to help access IT specialists to Digital Agencies and Software Houses from Western Europe and the USA. Our specialists are based in Poland, Ukraine and Romania. We support a few selected technologies, mainly in the area of e-commerce and Enterprise CMS. Digital platforms we have experience with are: Adobe Experience Manager / Cloud, Adobe Magento, Epi, Sitecore and Umbraco. Programing languages we support are: Java, .NET and PHP.
