We then start interviews and setup online tests for your convenience. After choosing the best fit, we are ready to start with our regular Outsourcing Frame Agreement
Your team is ready to start. We are setting up all the necessary accesses. You can choose if they should work on our equipment or should you send them yours? This as well goes to daily routine tools and accesses. Our usual onboarding starts with one up to three weeks onsite visit, so our developers can meet and chat with your team.
Kogifi can, but doesn't have to, be involved in your project development, However if you decide to manage your team remotely, we are going to support you with helping our developers be on time, motivated and ready for new tasks. You are going to be charged 160 hours monthly on average, and you will have one month notice to reduce your team if needed.
We are happy to help you manage your project by setting-up dedicated project manager who will be our local copy of your representative. Dedicated team assigned to your project will work towards defined KPI's and we are going to be responsible for keeping your deadlines and project results.
