The AIDAR LMS training system developed by Kogifi, based on virtual and augmented reality (AR / VR) technologies and artificial intelligence will help excluded people to return to the labor market. It is mainly about disabled people. Therefore, our company has become a partner of the Accessibility + program.
"In addition to the basic function supporting the education of human resources in companies, AIDAR LMS is also used for the professional activation of disabled people and other employees with special needs, as part of the Kogifi partnership in the government's Accessibility + Program. Program partners are required to cooperate in order to implement the objectives of the initiative, that is, activities to enable independent and independent functioning of all people, including those with special needs, e.g. the disabled "- we read on the portal superbiz.se.pl.
A perfect example of the practical use of this system is the Mercedes factory in Jawor, producing internal combustion and electric engines, where Kogifi has implemented positions for training employees in augmented reality VR.
"- We moved the entire engine to VR - with accuracy to one screw - and we enable to learn the next stages of its assembly. The computer model perfectly simulates the real mass of the engine, strengthening the employee's muscle memory, which in turn translates into quicker mastery of the composition step by step - says Marek Czarzbon. - Our system is also implemented in the process of virtual activation of employees of the factory in Jawor. It also gives people with special needs a chance for remote work - adds Marek Czarzbon from Kogifi in superbiz.se.pl. "
