Sitecore Support Readiness Check

Sitecore XP and XM 10.0 and 10.1 leave Extended Support on 31 December 2026. After that, Sustaining Support has no security fixes. In 1-2 weeks, with read-only access, we compare your three paths with cost and risk, so you can decide before the deadline.

  • AI readiness: what you'd need before AI agents work in your CMS.

What you get

  • A written options paper with cost and risk for each path.
  • A recommended path and a dated plan you can show your security team and auditor.

FAQ

What happens after Extended Support ends?

Your version moves to Sustaining Support. Sitecore no longer provides security updates, fixes or hotfixes for it. You still get documentation and help with upgrading, but Sitecore supports upgrades only to a version in Mainstream support (10.4 or 10.5 today). Your site keeps running. The risk is new vulnerabilities with no fix from Sitecore.

Can Kogifi patch Sitecore after support ends?

No. Only Sitecore can ship Sitecore patches. We reduce the risk with compensating controls: monitoring, hardening and WAF rules. That buys time to upgrade.

Since when are security fixes in Extended Support paid?

Since 1 June 2026, by separate agreement with your Sitecore account representative.

Upgrade or move to SitecoreAI?

It depends on your sites, integrations, licence and run cost. The check puts both next to staying put, with numbers.

How much access do you need?

Read-only. We don't change anything during the check.

What if we already have a Sitecore partner?

The options paper is yours, whoever does the work.

How long does it take?

1-2 weeks for one instance and up to 3 sites.
