Challenge
FANUC needed a platform that could support its digital channels reliably:
- Inability to address all channels from one source to easily coordinate activities and feedback.
- Need to scale on demand for seasonal sales.
- Personalized experiences delivered based on historical data.
- Application stability issues resulting in loss of sales and customers.

- Sitecore Experience Database (xDB) — collected data enables smart, flexible personalized user experiences.
- Advanced hosting — scales quickly in both directions while keeping costs under control.
Outcome
What the new platform delivered:
- Customized information offering based on customer behavior.
- Content for different channels produced in one place.
- Reduced load times and better reliability globally, thanks to resilient infrastructure and flexible application delivery.
