Challange

Siemens Healthineers needed a compliant, fast and secure way to deliver partner-only product and service information across multiple markets:

  • Filter content per market based on differing legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate an Extranet where most information is available only to doctors and authorised partners — including verification and connection to local doctors’ databases.
  • Scale on demand to handle seasonal peaks in sales activity.
  • Deliver personalised experiences based on historical behaviour and partner attributes.
